Millions of adults develop chronic nasal problems each year, and while some of them diminish with time and minimal medical treatment, others persist and cause many problems for the affected person. At our Houston Medical Center ENT clinic, we treat countless sinusitis cases and other nasal issues each and every year, and each patient that we see presents a unique situation. While certain remedies will work for a majority of problems, it may take a different approach to help you find relief from chronic nasal issues.

Antibiotics and decongestants can be prescribed for some patients, but if those medications don't help you breathe or sleep better, it could be best to look at balloon sinuplasty or other sinus surgeries. A balloon sinuplasty is minimally invasive and can be very effective at correcting problems caused by sinusitis. Also, if you often experience a decreased sense of smell or serious nosebleeds, it's important to see an otolaryngologist as soon as possible. We've seen all kinds of nasal problems and will work with you to find the proper treatment and medications to help you.
